It is difficult to predict exactly how life extension technologies will be distributed in the future. It is possible that some life extension treatments may only be available to the wealthy, at least initially, due to the high cost of developing and producing these technologies. However, it is also likely that as these technologies become more widespread and the cost of production decreases, they may become more widely available to the general public. Ultimately, the distribution of life extension technologies will depend on a number of factors, including their effectiveness, cost, and potential risks and side effects.
Once wildly expensive and inaccessible but to the very rich, computers today are one of the most ubiquitous technologies worldwide. Though many personal computers in the early 1970s were much cheaper, the most basic model of an HP 3000 sold for $95,000 in 1972, the equivalent of slightly over half a million in today’s dollars (USA Today).

Xanathos believes in the democratization of life extension technology as it becomes available and is center to our "Do What's Right" core value.
There are several ways we can democratize access to new life extension treatments:
Lobbying for government funding: Governments can invest in research and development of new treatments and also provide funding to make these treatments more accessible to a wider population.
Enabling collaboration between public and private sectors: Public-private partnerships can help bring new treatments to market faster and more affordably.
Nonprofit organizations: Nonprofit organizations like Xanathos can raise funds to support research and development of new treatments and also advocate for policies that increase access to them as medical care.
Affordable pricing: Companies developing new medical treatments can set prices that are more affordable and accessible to a wider range of people.
Universal health coverage: Universal health coverage policies can help ensure that everyone has access to medical treatments, regardless of their financial status.
These are just a few examples of ways to democratize access to new life extension treatments and technologies. The specific approach will depend on the needs and resources of a particular country or community.
